After you add the item to your basket, your order total will increase, then enter the coupon code during checkout and the price of that item will be deducted from your total. You will get an error message if the “free” item is not in the shopping cart, OR if your order total is not enough, OR if you have previously used that code with us.

Important note about coupons:
Order total MUST be the minimum order amount BEFORE you enter the item which will be free. For example, to get the free bag of Melting Hearts, your order total must already be $30.00 before adding the bag of Melting Hearts into the basket, or it won’t work. So if your order is exactly $30, then you add a bag of Melting Hearts to your order, your order total would go to at least $34.50 ($30 order plus a $4.50 bag of melts) then the coupon will deduct $4.50 from your order, bringing the total back to $30.

Often times special products are offered during checkout at extremely reduced prices.

Online customer appreciation coupons are for Internet orders only, these are orders submitted via the internet website using our shopping cart system. Coupon codes can be used only one time each, and only one coupon can be used per order. But if you've ordered from us before you already know that we often include samples and freebies. We reserve the right to substitute coupon items if an item is out of stock or unavailable. Items offered can not be changed or substituted by the customer. Coupons can not be used with wholesale orders. Wholesale orders are excluded.
