Each tea
light candle is guaranteed to burn at least 6 hours
that is 3 hours longer than standard
store-bought tealight candles and 2 hours longer than
the standard metal cup tea candles sold most other
places. ( Under optimum conditions unscented tea light can burn 7 hours, some customers are reporting 7.5 hour burn times )
***Our lab test has found burn times of 6.30 hours as a minimum 7.35 hours maximum
with an average burn of 6.49 hours *** ( Cup is standard Size 1-1/2 - 3/4 )
For optimal tealight burning when using a candle holder we recommend the holder have at least ¼” of space between the tealight and the inside of the holder.
This is true for all tealight candles no matter who is the maker.
The ¼” allows for the tealight cup to expand as it heats up. As with all materials they expand when heated and contract when cooled.
Keep in mind room conditions can change the burn time, fans or drafts will shorten burn
tealights inside a holder, vase or other container will help increase burn time.
